Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks. Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database.

Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.

• Works in one of the designated roles:
  Product Picking (parcel), Product Packing (parcel), Shipping Associate (parcel)
• Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders
• Maintains safety rules throughout shift
• Safely operates machinery within the warehouse (i.e. forklift, scissor lift, etc.)
• Understands production workflow processes

High School diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experience

• Works autonomously and collaboratively in a fast past environment while maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude
• Stands for prolonged periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Performs repetitive motion work including hands, arms, and wrists 100% of the time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  
  Ability to walk throughout a large facility with or without reasonable accommodation
• Tolerates odors, fumes and airborne particles from machines and chemicals with or without reasonable accommodations
• Tolerates various levels of heat with or without reasonable accommodations
• Tolerates moderate to loud noise levels with or without reasonable accommodations
• Outstanding, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solvin
• Ability to work overtime and weekends based on business needs
