Warehouse Technician

SUMMARY: Receives, stores, and distributes material and products within establishments by performing the following duties.

• Pulling parts orders, receive returns to stock from production, operate the supermarket function, and put away items.
• Fill bin locations for the supermarket.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy while pulling parts orders and supermarket parts.
• Operate electric devices or a computer.
• Be forklift certified.
• Maintain 5S and lean practices.
• Multi‑task and be a team player.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Understand and perform according to operating instructions.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Must have forklift experience of 6+ months and be able to perform all essential duties. Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least six months of warehouse‑related experience and/or training.

Ability to read, write, and speak simple English; read limited words and understand basic written and spoken instructions.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two‑digit numbers; perform calculations using units of money, weight, volume, and distance.

Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and solve problems involving a few concrete variables.

Requires standing, walking, sitting, hand use, reaching, occasional climbing; frequently lifts and moves up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to focus.

Exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, outdoor conditions, vibration. Moderate noise level.
