In this role, you will use mechanical skills to assemble MVP products without quality defects while pulling necessary parts for that product. You will operate hand and air-powered tools like wrenches, manual and powered screwdrivers, sockets and other assorted power and hand tools. You will also update information in ERP related to job data.

• Use mechanical skills to assemble products (units and/or sub-assemblies) without quality defects.
• Pull needed parts to assemble products.
• Read blueprints and other drawings to ensure products are assembled correctly.
• Operate hand and air-powered tools such as impact wrenches, manual and powered screwdrivers, sockets, and other assorted power and hand tools.
• Update information in manufacturing software regarding job data.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

• High school degree or GED equivalent is required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and instructional drawings preferred; aptitude to learn this skill is required.
• Mechanical skills/aptitude and ability to use hand tools are required.
• Comprehension of machine tolerance preferred; aptitude to learn this concept is required.
• Computer skills are required.
• 1+ years of related experience a plus.
• Team Lead experience a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. over 2/3 of workday.
• Other physical activity may include standing, climbing, stooping, bending, reaching, and frequent use of hands and fingers.
• Fine motor skills required to use small parts in assemblies.
