We’re looking for a flexible and hands-on Production Associate to join a fast-evolving manufacturing team at a long-established Knoxville company entering a new era of growth. In this highly cross-trained role, you’ll rotate through a variety of production tasks, from running injection and blow molding machines to assembling and trimming plastic components, helping maintain efficient workflows and high-quality standards across the plant.

This is not a static, one-station job. It’s an opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and gain end-to-end exposure in a clean, safety-first production environment that values problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy assembly work, are eager to learn new machines and processes, have flexibility in your day-to-day work and want to be part of a team that’s building something long-term.
