Monday-Thursday-5:00pm-3:30am-OT during Fridays-Must Train on 1st shift for at least 30+ days. Mon-Thur-6:30am-5pm1st shift Available-Fri-Sun-5:30am-7:30pm-paid for 40 hours

Job Duties for CNC Operator Position:
Learn and follow safe CNC machine operation procedures and standard work instructions
Load and unload parts accurately and safely
Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers
Record production counts, inspection results, and other required documentation
Report defects, machine issues, or unusual conditions to a supervisor promptly
Support CNC operators and machinists with basic production tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
Complete required safety, inspection, and machine-operation training modules
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for CNC Operator Position:
High school diploma or GED required
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude; maintenance experience is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Willingness to learn CNC machine operation and basic inspection processes
Dependable attendance and strong work habits
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
