LPN Floor Nurse

Pinnacle Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time 2n d shift LPN Floor Nurse to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and comfort, and supporting our healthcare team with excellent clinical skills and a caring attitude.

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with care planning and implementation to meet residents' individual health needs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Educate residents and families about health maintenance and medication management.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous nursing experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and as part of a team.
• Compassionate approach to resident care and dedication to maintaining resident dignity.

• Competitive hourly wage of $26.00 - $29.00, paid bi-weekly.
