• Position will manage the day to day operations of the Operating Rooms
• Department performs over 7500 annual surgeries across 9 OR's including general, CV, ortho, neuro, gyn, and endoscopy

The Nurse Manager, Operating Room will have 24/7 responsibility and manage the daily operations of the department. You will also provide mentoring to your staff, ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships, create and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and should be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.

• Master's required (BSN required if Master's in an area outside of Nursing)
• RN active license required
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services setting
• Minimum five (5) years of surgical services nursing experience (preferably in the Operating Room – experience with orthopedic is a plus!)
• CNOR is a plus
• Servant leadership style, leads by example
• Strong focus on quality, patient safety, staff and collaborating across all levels to ensure and obtain the best patient outcomes
