CRNA - Turkey Creek Medical Center - Full Time

Position:
Call Taking CRNA opportunity practicing with Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville, TN, the focal point of East Tennessee.

Overview

Conveniently located in the heart of Knoxville, TN, Turkey Creek Medical Center offers a range of services. As part of Tennova Healthcare, one of the state's largest health networks, the center features a 24/7 emergency room, ICU, advanced surgical suites, a dedicated heart hospital, and more. The new Tennova Surgery Center West adjacent to the Medical Center includes four operating rooms and two endoscopic suites.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-anesthesia assessment
  • Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition
  • Performance of clinical interventions as needed
Requirements
  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
