• Sign‑On Bonus: $60,000 (stipend available for SRNAs in their last year of training)
• 401(k): 6% contribution
• PTO: 5+ weeks

• 30 ORs, including 3 CV rooms, 1 hybrid room, EP lab, cysto/ESWL, and L&D suites.
• OB CRNA team covers L&D 24/7; CRNAs perform spinals in main OR and cardiac cases with anesthesiologist performing TEE.
• All case types performed except transplants. Wide range of general, cardiac, ortho, neuro, bariatric, GYN, urology, vascular, EP, endoscopy, and robotic services.
• Occasional healthy pediatrics performed mostly at surgery center with 5 ORs.
• ENT surgery center located on Parkwest Blvd anticipated to open soon.
