RN - NICU

The Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse will provide specialized care for newborns in a critical care setting. The position requires the ability to work within ratios of 1:2 to 1:3, depending on patient acuity.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a critical care environment.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate families on care plans and support systems available.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Neonatal ICU setting.
• Must hold BLS and NRP certifications.
• No first-timers; experience is required.
