All Shifts is booking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for per diem shifts in Knoxville, Tennessee. 197 open shift slots across 63 upcoming shifts at skilled nursing facilities in the Knoxville area are posted on the app right now.
Pay: $18.24 per hour. Rates are posted openly on every shift before you book. You see the rate, the facility type, and the shift time up front. No guessing.
How it works:
- You pick the shifts you want. No minimum commitment, no set schedule.
- You are a W-2 employee of All American Health Care Services, Inc. (All Shifts), not a 1099 contractor. Taxes are withheld for you and workers compensation coverage applies.
