Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Gallatin, Tennessee, 37066!

Travel RN – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Gallatin, TN | Acute Care

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week

• Deliver direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit serving patients of all ages in an acute care setting
• Perform IV insertion and monitor telemetry as part of routine clinical duties
• Administer and manage medications using Omnicell dispensing system
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EHR platform
• Float to similar Med/Surg units as needed
• Fulfill call and weekend rotation requirements as needed

• Active RN licensure valid for practice in the state of Tennessee
• ACLS certification required prior to start
• BLS certification required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHS) certification required prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement
• Must clear the Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment start date

• Experience with Meditech EHR
• Familiarity with Omnicell medication dispensing systems
• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center environment

• Join a fully Joint Commission-accredited facility with a strong regional presence and a Level III Trauma Center designation
• Orientation provided weekly, offering a structured and supported onboarding experience
