American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a day shift travel position requiring 1+ years of critical care experience and current TN or compact RN licensure.

• Works in the Recovery Room/PACU unit
• Day shift schedule, 3x12s, 7:30 AM-8:00 PM, with flexibility required
• Patient ratio ranges from 1:2 to 1:1
• Provides total patient care
• Call requirement includes one night per week (8:00 PM-7:00 AM) and one 24-hour weekend call (Saturday or Sunday) per 6-week schedule period
• No floating required
• No block scheduling available
• Uses Cerner-Surgi Net EMR
• Scrubs provided

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start
• Critical care experience required (PACU, ICU, or ED)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience required in specialty
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not considered
• Returning travelers not considered if they worked as permanent staff at any facility within this health system within the past 2 years
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• First-time travelers may be considered
