At Furry Land Mobile Grooming of Knoxville, we handle the business side so you can focus on what you love: grooming pets. Here's what you can expect as a Pet Groomer on our team:

• Mobile grooming in a stress-free environment with state-of-the-art Mercedes vans.
• One-on-one time with pets, free of typical salon distractions.
• Steady, growing client base supported by professional marketing efforts.
• Full concierge services for client interactions, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• High commissions plus add-on service income and 100% of tips.
• Upscale clientele with larger ticket prices, allowing you to earn more for the same work.
• Grooming 5–8 pets per day based on breed, temperament, and services booked.
• Opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
• Compensation expectations: $62,000–$75,000 annually.

• Provide grooming services for dogs and cats, following breed standards and client requests.
• Perform grooming tasks such as cutting, bathing, nail trimming, and finishing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions for pets and grooming equipment.
• Manage a digital schedule using a company-provided smartphone.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Uphold and maintain the Furry Land vehicle and equipment.

• Love and passion for animals.
• 2+ years of pet grooming experience (photos requested).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for 2+ years.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle larger pets temporarily.
• Must be over 18, able to pass a drug screen, and clear a criminal background check.

• All tools, equipment, and supplies are provided and maintained by Furry Land.
• Call center staff handle all phone calls and bookings.
• Employee appreciation events such as team dinners and bowling nights.
• Work in a supportive environment where employees are treated like family.
