Experience with Automotive Quality systems is preferred. The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards, as well as conducting product audits and developing Quality systems. This individual will oversee a team of 10 Quality professionals.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role requires excellent communication skills for regular customer interactions. Proficiency in 8D, 5
Why, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis is essential.
Working in a fast-paced environment with high Quality standards, the Quality Control Supervisor plays a crucial role in the plant's leadership team.
