As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, you’ll work with clients to buy, sell, and lease commercial properties. This role is ideal for driven individuals who are entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and passionate about building strong client relationships.

• Develop and manage client relationships through in-person meetings, digital tools, and social media
• Use modern sales strategies and technology to achieve sales goals
• Network and build your personal brand in the Knoxville business community
• Stay up to date on market trends and property data
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver top-quality client service

• Tennessee Real Estate License (required)
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital platforms and social media
• Previous sales experience preferred (but not required if highly motivated)
