Responsibilities

Assist with leasing to ensure high occupancy, including mailing renewal offers, logging responses, and managing property availability.

Maintain accurate records of availability and ensure they align with lease renewal reports.

Process rental applications and present them to the General Manager for approval.

Manage property licenses and renewals in coordination with legal counsel and city authorities.

Assist with move-out procedures, including inspections and final account settlements.

Ensure accurate and efficient lease signing and resident check-ins.

Address resident concerns and complaints promptly, maintaining good public relations.

Prepare weekly performance reports as required.

Support advertising and marketing efforts to promote the property.

Develop and implement resident retention programs.

Communicate courteously with residents, applicants, staff, and vendors.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing and typing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
Valid driver’s license and insurance preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Knowledge of Entrata is a plus.
Strong numerical, record-keeping, and grammatical skills.
Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Logical thinking and attention to detail.
