As a Real Estate Advisor – Commercial Properties
, you’ll represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. This role offers the freedom to run your own business with the backing of a proven brokerage team.

• Develop your personal brand and client base in the Knoxville market
• Prospect, network, and attend community events to generate leads
• Manage property listings and use technology to market properties
• Negotiate deals and provide excellent service to clients
• Work closely with a collaborative team of advisors

• Tennessee Real Estate License (required)
• Previous sales or real estate experience preferred
