This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent position located in Knoxville, TN. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will engage with clients to assess their property needs, leverage in-depth real estate knowledge to assist in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Additional responsibilities include actively generating leads, scheduling and conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and maintaining market familiarity to address client concerns effectively.
Qualifications- Valid Real Estate License required
- Background or experience in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of Knoxville and East Tennessee real estate markets is a plus
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and drive to meet goals
- Proficiency in modern marketing tools and technology is preferred
