This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Knoxville, TN. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in navigating real estate transactions. Daily tasks include generating leads, presenting and marketing properties, conducting property showings, negotiating transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include facilitating contracts and ensuring the successful and ethical completion of real estate transactions.

• Possess an active Real Estate License.
• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property understanding, including knowledge of local markets and industry practices.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, ensuring outstanding client relationships and satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms related to real estate is a plus.
• Previous experience in a real estate capacity is highly beneficial.
