GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrate a competitive mindset and a commitment to surpassing sales targets.
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in data and entertainment technology, including Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment solutions.
Discern customers' requirements and adeptly showcase how our product range fulfills those needs.
Efficiently handle multiple tasks within a dynamic team setting.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate and captivate customers.
Provide prompt and courteous customer service, ensuring all interactions reflect our brand values.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Sustain physical stamina to stand for extended durations and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Accurately complete all paperwork in a timely manner, utilizing computer systems, wireless equipment, and office machinery proficiently.
Adaptability to work across different locations as business demands dictate.
Execute opening and closing procedures meticulously in accordance with established protocols.
Ensure timely submission of transaction records on a daily basis.
Contribute to inventory management activities, maintaining stock levels as per organizational guidelines.
Adherence to uniform policies as required.
