Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, outreach, and local networking - Manage the Sales Process

Build and maintain a sales pipeline, follow established sales processes, and accurately forecast results - Engage with Decision-Makers

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- Comfortable commuting to the Knoxville office as needed
- Uncapped commissions
