We are looking for experienced, ethical, and passionate professionals ready to join us as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs). You will:
- Be an experienced, honest, ethical, and hardworking team player
- Find genuine fulfillment in working with clients and helping them achieve their home ownership dreams
- Possess strong organizational skills to manage a successful pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation
- Provide superior customer service by engaging consumers, determining their needs, and thoughtfully offering appropriate mortgage products
- Be driven to meet individual monthly sales goals, contributing to your success and the team’s mission
- Be proactively looking to build and expand a professional network to self‑generate business and secure a long‑term future
- An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must
- A detail‑oriented approach coupled with demonstrated decision‑making skills
- The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education
- A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines
- Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass
- Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry
- The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners
- Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
