Your Role

We are looking for experienced, ethical, and passionate professionals ready to join us as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs). You will:

  • Be an experienced, honest, ethical, and hardworking team player
  • Find genuine fulfillment in working with clients and helping them achieve their home ownership dreams
  • Possess strong organizational skills to manage a successful pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation
  • Provide superior customer service by engaging consumers, determining their needs, and thoughtfully offering appropriate mortgage products
  • Be driven to meet individual monthly sales goals, contributing to your success and the team’s mission
  • Be proactively looking to build and expand a professional network to self‑generate business and secure a long‑term future
Qualifications
  • An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must
  • A detail‑oriented approach coupled with demonstrated decision‑making skills
  • The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education
  • A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines
  • Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass
  • Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry
  • The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners
  • Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
