Purposeof role
Work alongside a Business Development team to maintain and grow existing customers. Also, to assist with setting appointments and optimizing time in front of customers/prospects while Business Development team is travelling. We are looking for a highly motivated person who will maintain happy customers and seek out new business opportunities.
Core Responsibilities- Prime focus is to generate new business but will also work with existing clients when needed
- Closing sales with new customers
- Setting up appointments for outside sales team
- Inside Sales, 2+ years preferred
- Client-focused solutions mindset – proven track record working with customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Willingness to make outbound calls to customers/prospects
- Ability to work in a dynamic business environment, organize, prioritize, and complete tasks at own initiative with minimal supervision
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- People-oriented
- Effective organizational skills
- Proactive in problem solving
