Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time, 100% commission position with W-2 benefits, where representatives typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from home.
Consultants' territories cover up to approximately 2 hours around their zip code. This role offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers who have requested estimates on our Home Improvement Products—this is not door-to-door sales.
