Currently, we’re hiring for an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position involves face‑to‑face sales to new customers within the Knoxville area. The ideal candidate is hardworking, enjoys working in an upbeat team environment, and is looking to grow in their career.

• Work face‑to‑face with customers in residential markets
• Build strong relationships and provide solutions tailored to customer needs
• Hit weekly sales goals and enjoy the rewards that follow

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality
• Great communicator with a professional and energetic presence
• Coachable, goal‑driven, and ready to learn fast
• Able to commute reliably to our Knoxville office
• Team player who thrives in a positive, high‑energy environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• $50,000–$65,000 first‑year average, with high performers hitting $90K+
• Weekly pay + bonuses + uncapped commission
