This is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN, for the position of Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, provide guidance to find the best solutions, and handle order processing. We practice extreme customer service. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, generating new leads, enhancing customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with the team. You will also ensure that customer needs are met with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electrical supplies and tools is an advantage
- Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
