Our team is growing quickly, and we're looking for a Project Manager who wants to grow right along with us. This role isn't just about managing jobs — it's a pathway into a larger leadership position as the company expands. We offer strong base pay, bonuses, and a company‑provided truck.
What you'll be doing- Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
- Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
- Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
- Day 30:
Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets - Month 6:
Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$66K annualized) - Year 1:
Top quartile clears $80K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
