First

Call Claims represents policyholders after fire, storm, water, and other property losses. As licensed public insurance adjusters, we work for the property owner — not the insurance company — to help pursue a fair settlement under the policy.

This outside sales role is focused on identifying qualified property owners, building trust quickly, and helping them understand when professional public adjusting representation may be appropriate.

The role is commission-only and performance-driven. It is built for someone who is comfortable earning based on production, managing a territory, and operating with autonomy in the field.

— What You Will Do ## Responsibilities
* Prospect, follow up with, and meet property owners who may have experienced a covered property loss.
* Qualify opportunities by listening carefully, confirming claim details, and determining whether First Call Claims may be a fit.
* Explain the public adjusting process clearly and professionally.
* Build trust in high-stress situations and secure signed representation agreements from qualified property owners.
* Coordinate initial documentation, photos, site access, and handoff details with the internal adjusting team.
* Manage your own pipeline, territory activity, follow-up cadence, and production goals.

* You are confident working in a commission-only or 1099 environment because you trust your ability to produce.

* You are self-directed, organized, and able to manage a territory without heavy day-to-day supervision.
