The Senior Counsel, Privacy & Technology serves as a strategic legal advisor responsible for providing counsel on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, technology transactions, and digital innovation initiatives. This role partners closely with Legal, Information Security, IT, Product, HR, Compliance, and business leaders to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations while supporting business growth and technology adoption.

• Provide legal counsel on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and technology related matters.
• Advise business leaders on compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology, software, cloud services, data-sharing, and vendor agreements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate privacy and technology risks.
• Support cybersecurity incident response activities, including breach assessment, notification, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain privacy policies, standards, governance frameworks, and related compliance programs.
