• Perform high‑quality kitchen and bathroom remodeling work with precision and care.
• Execute projects from demolition through final finishes with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with team members in a respectful and professional manner.
• Creatively solve problems and adapt to unique project challenges.
• Manage your own job site independently after initial training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets quality standards.

• 3+ years remodeling experience (5+ preferred) with verifiable work history.
• Hands‑on experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Proficiency with power tools and job‑site equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Owns personal tools (company offers tool replacement program).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Weekly pay cycle.
• Paid training and certifications.
