Position SummaryWe are seeking a Bilingual Processing Agent to serve as a key point of contact between Blue Line Solutions and the public, law enforcement agencies, and internal teams. This position plays a vital role in managing citation payments and maintaining strong working relationships with Chiefs of Police and government officials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills, along with a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Process citation payments received by phone using citation management software.
- Handle citation processing for multiple police agencies.
- Speak with violators, answer general inquiries, and provide a respectful customer experience.
- Communicate professionally with Chiefs of Police and command‑level officials as needed.
- Process check payments and address changes as requested.
- Assist Mail Room staff with duties, if requested.
- Support management, team leads, or executive members with assigned tasks and projects.
- Maintain standards for accuracy, efficiency, and dependability as set by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or law enforcement‑related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with citation or records management software preferred.
