Every perfect screening depends on precision — and that’s where you take the spotlight. As Regal’s Quality Engineer, you’ll be both a hands‑on tester and a champion of quality across our technology ecosystem. You’ll design and maintain automation for iOS, Android, and web while promoting a “whole team quality” mindset — where everyone from developers to designers plays a part in ensuring a world‑class guest experience.

• Lead initiatives that embed quality thinking across teams and throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coach and collaborate with developers and QA peers on testing best practices, TDD, BDD, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in design and code reviews, influencing testability and maintainability from the start.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for mobile (XCUITest, Espresso) and web (Playwright) platforms.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable feedback loops.
• Perform both automated and exploratory testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Track key quality metrics like automation coverage, defect leakage, and release readiness.
• Stay ahead of new frameworks, CI/CD tools, and agile practices to keep Regal’s quality program cutting‑edge.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for mentoring and influencing peers.
• 7+ years of software quality engineering experience, with strong automation skills.
• A strong grasp of agile practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD) and modern development pipelines.
• Expertise in Playwright and at least one native mobile automation framework (XCUITest, Espresso, or UIAutomator).
• Proficiency in Type Script/JavaScript and familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
• (Bonus Features) Experience with Browser Stack, Sauce Labs, or device farms — plus knowledge of accessibility, performance, or security testing.
