Project Accountant

Project Accountant – Litmus Joint Venture

We are recruiting for a Project Accountant to support our activities on the Litmus Joint Venture. The role will administer the Litmus JV account, which includes various formal accounting submissions and the usual financial audit requirements. The position is hybrid and can be based from any of our UK office locations:
Knutsford, Warrington, Bristol, Gloucester, Newcastle or Glasgow.

• Proficient in the use of SAGE software
• Ledger experience and VAT return experience
• Familiar with Banking applications
• Experience with financial statements and transactions
• Hands‑on accounting experience
• Financial forecasting and budgeting experience
• Experience of consolidating data for invoicing and billing

• AAT Level 3 / 4 or qualified by experience
• Attention to detail
• Good time‑management discipline to meet strict reporting and submission deadlines
• Pro‑active communicator who can work across organisations & stakeholders
• Comfortable leading across a JV partnership with minimal supervision
• Proactive approach to streamline and improve workflows
