We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly motivated Workshop Controller to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Knutsford, Cheshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a busy workshop within a modern, state-of-the-art facility, working for a renowned luxury automotive brand.

The successful Workshop Controller will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, managing workflow, motivating the team, and ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.

- Support the onboarding and training of workshop staff as required
- Previous experience in a similar role such as Workshop Controller, Service Manager, or Master Technician
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and resolve issues promptly
- Solutions-focused attitude and proactive approach to challenges
- Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and the premium vehicle sector
