A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Knutsford team, supporting the delivery of high-rise residential projects across the Northwest.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic consultancy, taking a leading role in delivering high-rise residential schemes while working closely with other senior colleagues and key stakeholders across the business.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take a lead role across both QS and EA duties, managing key project deliverables while providing guidance and support to more junior members of the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or working towards
Experience working within a UK PQS / Construction Consultancy
Ideally High-End Residential experience
Experience in mentoring junior QS's
Can work well within a family-feel team
Commutable to Knutsford In Return?

£60,000 - £70,000
