Job Title and Start

KS2 Primary Teacher – Knutsford (September 2026 Start)

• Full‑time maternity cover – September 2026 to Easter 2027
• Location:
  
  Knutsford
• Pay: £130 – £200 per day initially, depending on experience
• Pay increases after 12 weeks in line with the teacher pay scale via AWR regulations

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning in Key Stage 2
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Commit to helping every child reach their full potential
• Carry out safeguarding responsibilities and promote the welfare of children and young people

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience or enthusiasm to work in Key Stage 2 (either as an ECT or experienced teacher)
• Strong classroom management ability
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Commitment to child welfare and safeguarding
• Legal right to work in the UK

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with safer recruitment practices.
