Vehicle NVH Attributes Engineer – Squeak & Rattle

, you will focus on Squeak & Rattle (S&R) and Water/Air Ingress issues across our premium vehicle portfolio, collaborating across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams.

Your expertise in problem‑solving methods such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Fishbone, FTA, PDCA, and 5Y will drive effective resolution of complex issues from initial detection to robust solutions. You will analyse large data sets, influence cross‑functional teams, and deliver impactful presentations using Microsoft Office tools
.

Ideal candidates will hold an automotive or engineering degree or relevant automotive experience, and possess a full UK driving licence
. Strong negotiation, organisational, and independent working skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic role.
