HR Administrator

This HR Admin role in Knutsford within the industrial and manufacturing industry focuses on providing essential support to the Human Resources department. You'll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring all HR-related tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
• Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new starters have the necessary information and resources.
• Handle general HR queries from employees and elevate where necessary.
• Support payroll processing by updating and verifying data.
• Prepare reports and documents as required by the HR team.
• Coordinate training and development sessions, including booking venues and managing attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all HR tasks.

• A strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience in handling confidential information responsibly.
• Previous exposure to HR processes or an interest in developing skills in this area.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full time on site based in Knutsford.

• Immediate start opportunity.
• Hourly pay of £15.00 to £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
• 6-month Temporary position offering flexibility.
