Role
Description:
We are looking for a Service Transition Manager to ensure new or changed services are successfully introduced into BAU with minimal risk and maximum stability.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage service transition activities for new solutions or releases.
Coordinate acceptance criteria, operational readiness, and service documentation.
Ensure support models, SLAs, and handover processes are defined and agreed.
Track risks, issues, and dependencies impacting service introduction.
Liaise between project teams, support teams, and stakeholders.
Support continual service improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience in ITIL?aligned service transition.
- Strong understanding of support models, SLAs, and operational processes.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
