Position: Enterprise IT Service Transition Lead (Contract)

The Undisclosed company is seeking an experienced Service Transition Manager to design and transition services from project delivery to ongoing support.

Responsible for ensuring smooth operational acceptance and focusing on IT service management best practices, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITIL processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in financial services. The contract will run until 30/11/2026 with a rate up to £538.38 per day.
