Overview
Care UK is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to maintain a safe and comfortable environment and ensure the smooth running of facilities. We offer training and development opportunities within a multi award winning care provider.
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Ensure the smooth running of facilities.
- Liaise with contractors.
- Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, emergency systems, equipment repairs, and interior and exterior finishes.
