Overview
Set in the Cheshire countryside, this is a large, busy site where thousands of staff move through offices, meeting rooms, and dining spaces every day. As an evening supervisor, youll lead a team Monday to Friday, ensuring the campus is refreshed and ready for the next day. From high-traffic areas to specialist spaces, youll coordinate cleans, manage priorities, and keep standards consistently high.
Because of the rural location, youll need to drive and have your own car to work here. Its a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading with purpose, and takes pride in delivering excellence across a wide site.
Responsibilities:
Supervise & coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth operation
Provide guidance and support as needed
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Ensure the highest standards of work activity both from self and the team
Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
Collaborate with other shift managers to ensure seamless transitions between shifts
Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, respect and professional growth
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A can-do hands-on attitude to the role
Full UK driving licence, held for 12 month
