Role: Workshop Operative

Location: Knutsford, Parkgate Industrial Estate

Working Hours: Mon‑Fri, 8:30am till 5pm. 40 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assemble and perform functional testing on valves manufactured from machined components.
  • Contribute to wider workshop activities, including packing, dispatch operations and NDT processes.
  • Deliver work efficiently to consistently meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation within the workspace.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous fitting and assembly experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
  • Reliability and a detail‑oriented approach.
  • Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
