What Youll Be Doing as a Workshop Operative Assembling valves from machined components Carrying out basic functional testing Helping out with general workshop tasks like packing and dispatch Supporting other processes such as NDT when needed Working towards daily targets as part of a team Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised No two days are exactly the same, and as a workshop operative, youll be right at the heart of what we do.

What Youll Bring Were not expecting you to know everything from day onefull training is provided for every workshop operative. That said, it would be great if you:
Have some assembly or fitting experience (helpful, but not essential) Are reliable and take pride in your work Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team Are keen to learn and get stuck in as a workshop operative Have basic numeracy, literacy, and communication skills Whats On Offer? Heres what you can expect as a workshop operative with us:
