We are recruiting experienced Travel Consultants to join our team of experts at our store in Knutsford.

Sell long‑haul destinations and tailor‑made holidays, provide exceptional customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets. Handle customer enquiries face‑to‑face or over the phone and build long‑term customer relationships.

• Experience selling long‑haul destinations and tailor‑made holidays.
• Exceptional customer service skills, passion for travel, motivation to exceed targets.
• GDS experience an advantage.
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment.

We offer a lucrative uncapped commission scheme. The average commission is £24 k on top of a base salary, with top performers averaging £55 k in commission. Depending on experience, your first‑year OTE could be a minimum of £35 k rising to £39 k in Year 2.

Initial 4‑week interactive training period with our in‑house training team. After that, you will join our academy with dedicated support and coaching from your manager. You’ll have opportunities to enhance your product and destination knowledge through weekly product training and supplier‑hosted events.

37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, 9 am to 6 pm. In peak periods, we may be open 9 am to 9 pm.
