The Role As a key member of the High Net Worth team, you’ll take ownership of an established book of business, managing renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day client servicing. You’ll work with a diverse mix of HNW clients, providing a high-touch, relationship-led service that reflects the calibre of the portfolio. Alongside managing existing relationships, you’ll also have the opportunity to build your profile locally—networking, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening the firm’s presence in the Croydon area.

This isn’t a hard-sales environment; it’s about nurturing relationships and delivering exceptional service that naturally drives growth. What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing and renewing a portfolio of High Net Worth clients
• Providing exceptional service across all client interactions
• Handling a range of HNW products with accuracy and attention to detail
• Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and partners
• Identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen the book
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to a collaborative, positive culture What We’re Looking For
• Experience with in High Net Worth or Personal Lines insurance
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client service
• Someone proactive, organised, and confident managing their own workload
• Ideally, you’ll have started your CII qualifications — or be keen to work towards them
• A desire to progress and take advantage of the extensive training and development on offer
