Are you a commercially driven engineering with a proven track record of winning business and growing international markets?
We're looking for a General Manager to drive the global growth of a specialist engineering manufacturer supplying high-performance valve solutions into the oil & gas, hydrogen and carbon capture sectors.
This is a business development-led position focused on expanding global sales, developing new markets and strengthening distributor and end-user relationships. You'll identify and convert major project opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and play a key role in growing revenue and profitability across international territories.
What You'll Bring- Strong business development experience within the valve, flow control or wider engineering sector.
- Technical understanding of industrial valves and associated products.
- Knowledge of the hydrogen and carbon capture markets is highly desirable.
- Experience managing international distributors and developing global accounts.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive salary to 100k for the right candidate, plus executive package.
