This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential territory, representing an innovative portfolio within IV therapy and oncology. You'll engage directly with key clinical and commercial stakeholders across NHS hospitals, driving the adoption of solutions that enhance both patient safety and clinical efficiency. This role offers the chance to combine strategic account development with hands‑on clinical engagement in a highly impactful therapy area.
This is a full-time, permanent position covering a diverse territory across the North West, North East and Yorkshire.

- Proven commercial success within medical devices or consumables, with experience building strong relationships across secondary care environments
- Commercially ambitious and results-driven, with a strategic approach to territory management and the ability to identify and maximise new business opportunities
- Confident clinical communicator and influencer, able to engage effectively with a wide range of multidisciplinary stakeholders and build trusted, long‑term relationships
- Strong NHS understanding, with experience working within hospital environments and navigating complex procurement pathways to successfully introduce new products and solutions
- Passionate about making a difference, with the drive to bring innovative solutions to healthcare professionals that can improve patient outcomes, safety and clinical efficiency
- Take ownership of your territory's growth, identifying and converting exciting new opportunities across NHS hospitals and trusts
- Build strong clinical partnerships, leading product evaluations and working closely with key clinical and commercial stakeholders to drive confidence, adoption and long‑term use
- Shape and grow your pipeline, proactively identifying new opportunities and developing a strong portfolio of accounts to deliver sustainable territory growth
- Own the full sales journey, from opening the initial conversation and developing relationships through to successful contract implementation
- Make a meaningful impact, bringing innovative solutions into clinical practice and helping healthcare teams improve patient safety and efficiency
