To be successful as a Full Stack Engineer, you should have experience with:
- Proficient with production usage of one or more backend programming languages (Python, Go, other backend languages acceptable provided can ramp up quickly).
- Some experience with frontend development (frameworks such as Next.
Js, React and so on) - Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns and clean code principles desirable
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Experience with containerised applications, microservices & event-driven architecture
- Experience of professional software engineering in an enterprise environment Scrum Agile, test-driven design or infra test tooling
- Good experience of collaboration with various stakeholders such as product managers and solution designers
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
